In Switzerland around 1.2 million people are affected by the more than twenty different types of allergy-causing plants. Those figures became real for me today. Waking up in the the picturesque Müstair valley in the Swiss Alps was absolutely breathtaking—literally. As we walked through the beautiful grass fields with the cows-with-bells and the pretty dandelions floating in the breeze I could feel my immune system suffocating under the all the pollen. I’m pretty sure I even heard those cows sneezing because, let me tell you, it was horrific. At this point in my life, if my triple dose of Claritin can’t even keep these symptoms at bay, pretty sure natural selection should just go ahead and weed me on out…. Haha but in all seriousness it was a fantastic day and wouldn’t trade it for the world 👌🗻🌻 (at Müstair, Switzerland)
