EDIT: Ok so originally i wanted all the hands to be effed up a little but then saw that i only did it on one so it just looked like a mistake, so i had to fix that hand to look normal (i wish i was making this up i feel like an idiot i only saw it after someone hashtagged it on a reblog, someone bury me please)

i don't think theyd change much over the years because it's only been, like, what, 7 years, they don't need a new jacket it's not THAT old what are you talking about (they don't like change) but i do think they gain a lot of new patches and pins and weird keychains and whatever. either as gifts from the other raiders or stuff theyve picked up off the ground. Though I don't know what theyd be up to in bl4 because i Still havent played it
