The world we live in right now has felt overwhelming on times with crazy news (propaganda maybe) this year I’ve encouraged myself to be authentic, and constantly working on myself as a person.

Though it is hard, try to not hark back on your previous choices and or mistakes that you lie in bed thinking about. instead use that energy to drive you forward.

I recently stopped using social media (and signed up to Tumblr) - I realise this statement is hypercritical what I mean is most platforms I felt that what I was seeing and how I was portraying myself was not genuine. I was buying things, wearing things, posting things for I don’t know what. Maybe validation? Who knows.

Since then, I’ve bought a piano, started learning BSL and a new language.

I feel like a new woman and really grounded with life right now 🥀
