'Andy waits in a MMC side room for his confirmation to the elite group'
Andy was a fine young lad from a middle class home - supported by his parents in his hobbies and interests. He was their only child, and invested all their love and care in him. He wanted to grow up to have a wife and kids and become a doctor. Up to the age of 14 he worked hard at his studies, shy, but popular and well respected by the others in his class.
Then one day, just after his 14th birthday, one of the lads at school who'd been trying to get him to try a cigarette for some weeks - finally broke Andy's resistance. That fateful day of inhaling his first Marlboro Red would change the direction of his future and his ambitions. This other lad who was in the year above Andy was a member of the Marlboro Youth Club (MYC), with the directive common to all MYC members... to entice, recruit, and use every method they've been taught to turn their peers into Marlboro smokers and introduce them to the MYC.
Andy had become that lad's latest target, and within 6 weeks of steadily working on him, Andy was smoking 12 Reds per day and fetishizing Marlboro. The recruiter had put Andy's name forward to his Handler as his current project. As usual in every case, the lad reported to his Handler of progress and any issues that might crop up so that his Handler could guide and instruct the lad in manipulating Andy into deeper addiction and fetishization of Marlboro.
Together with his Handler, it was decided when Andy's processing was advanced enough to be prime for introducing him to the MYC. This was always a careful decision, as introducing too early before addiction and fetishization were embedded could result in rejection. Maintaining the secrecy of the MYC and it's activities was priority, and each member was bound to secrecy. Any recruiter needed to be absolutely confident that his project was developed enough that the first experience of the MYC would instantly trigger cravings for the advanced levels of what he'd been nurtured to crave.
At 8 weeks, on 18 Reds a day and approaching obsessive fetishizing of Marlboro with Andy's recruiter, the lad and his Handler decided Andy was ready.
They were right. Andy's introduction to his first Friday evening Marlboro Youth Club meeting had an instant impact. His recruiter watched him with satisfaction as Andy was overwhelmed with excitement after the initial shock of what he saw. Although shy, he was eased into the activities with the others there, greedy for it. The thick smoke filling the building and the Marlboro logo emblazoned and highlighted on the wall, as all the lads there indulged together before it... It was everything Andy had been cultivated to crave... and so much more than he could have imagined.
He knew many of the MYC member from his school who were amongst many lads from other local schools. They all revelled together wearing the same black shiny puffa jackets, with no sense of inter-school competition or difference.
Halfway through the session, Andy eagerly signed an oath of secrecy.
He'd told his parents that he was going to a Youth Club with his mates, so when he eventually got home at 21.30 after the 2 hour meeting, he told them how very cool it was and had a great time with various sports and activities with lads there from various schools. His parents saw the new spark in Andy and how it had been so good for him, so they agreed he should go there each Friday evening, being pleased that Andy was becoming more sociable with others of his age.
The structure and content of the MYC rituals and activities are designed by the ruling body of the Corporation, and strictly adhered to by every MYC group. Designed for optimum impact on lads at a most impressionable age of development of the brain, as their sexuality and sense of meaning begins to mature. The MYC system exists specifically to influence, adapt and mould their oncoming maturity at their most malleable age...for Marlboro.
Over the first month of attendance, Andy gradually became fully integrated into the activities and rituals of the MYC. The rituals had a profound impact as he repeated the mantras in unison with the gathered crowd of lads facing the Club's Marlboro shrine. His family wasn't religious, and this was the first time he really experienced and understood what it meant to worship. This new spirituality he was experiencing was bonded to his sexual needs. Combined with all the other lads in the same state, it was as if the illuminated Marlboro icon over the shrine was alive, emanating a powerful supernatural presence in the room which encompassed them all into a united state of utter bliss. It took on the nature of a Pentecostal meeting as they pumped their lungs in communion and sank into utter submission and adoration before the power as they chanted.
Under the firm control of the older leaders of the sessions, Andy progressed quickly in addiction and fetish development. Andy's new focus on Marlboro put everything else in the shadows. His school work became secondary, and his only future ambition was to have more pleasure through Marlboro and the MYC sessions. His deepening obsession was reaching maturity, exactly as the meetings were designed to achieve. Any thoughts of having a wife and family were firmly extinguished. Any attraction to girls was being rapidly erased by the MYC activities with the other members.
After the first 2 weeks, Andy had been assigned his own Handler who kept regular contact by WhatsApp between meetings. It was his Handler who decided the time of his full membership of the MYC. After 8 weeks, the time had arrived. Andy was given his puffer jacket and signed a document of loyalty to Marlboro and the Cult. It wasn't anything legally binding at his age. This was symbolic. It was 2 years later on his 16th birthday when he would be Confirmed by the leader of the local Marlboro Men's Club (MMC) and sign the legal contract stating all that he is and owns becomes property of Marlboro and the Corporation.
Two years after Andy's introduction to the MYC, at the age of 16, Andy was still too young to progress to the MMC which kept to the more traditional age of 18 for membership. But at 16 he could drive, pay tax, vote, and have consensual sex.. he was able to leave home and be installed in one of the MMC numerous basic apartments shared with other MYC members.
It was important that many of the lads were extracted from their families when there was influence at home that impeded their progress. Andy was one of these. He'd kept everything secret from his parents... even smoking was carefully cloaked from them. But now he was free and didn't care what they thought. He even lit up a Red as he left the house for the last time, to the shock of his parents at the door. He was leaving them behind to go to what he knew to be his real family.
He didn't however, quit school. He's struggled to pass his exams, as encouraged by his Handler, and stayed on to theoretically study for advance level qualifications. This was the requirement of Andy's Handler, as his recruitment work amongst his peers had been producing steady successes. This was to be continued under the guise of study in order for his Handler to put him forward for the elite group.
He was now one of the older members of the MYC, one of the leaders and a talented nurturer of new members. Too young to be elevated to the MMC, he was elected by his Handler to join the elite intermediary group. The membership was of this group included members of both the MYC and the MCC, but qualifying had certain conditions. An elected member needed to be a highly efficient, zealous and successful recruiter, and also had to work or study in an educational establishment. This second requirement was essential for qualification, as a member needed to have a broad access to a potential harvest.
On being accepted, Andy faced his ritual reception at the Marlboro Men's Club (MMC). He was pumped with pride for the recognition for his recruitment work. Totally transformed from the shy and studious boy of 2 years ago. Now all that filled his thoughts was the conversion of new recruits as addicted smokers for Marlboro and the Corporation. This would be the first and only time he'd see the inside of the MMC before he'd be elevated two years later on his 18th birthday. He waited in a side room of the MMC where their instruments of indulgence hung on the walls. Andy leered hungrily at the leather instruments and masks of fetish as he waited - imagining how they are used in the rituals and activities at the MMC meetings in front of their great altar of Marlboro that he was about to see for the first time. He knew he had two more years to wait before he could join them. This was the future he yearned for.
But at this moment he was full of anticipation and pride to be amongst his senior superiors in their sacred space, and to feel their hands on him as they confirm him before their Marlboro altar as a new member of the elite group of recruiters. The Marlboro Devils.
