So with that -- her name is Cherry, and she’s a cute little baby lab. And boy, does she love to cuddle. Definitely makes my dorm room a little less lonely. 

it was maybe slightly too early to be drunk. he was already past the stage of consideration, though. he could taste it on his lips, vodka mixed with honey. and marley blue just couldn’t help himself ( could he ever ?? ). marley blue needed company, something to escape the silence and the oncoming headache. anyone would do. “well, hello there, how you doin’ ??”

he was concerned, to say the least. his cousin seemed... definitely off, and even from the small distance between them he could almost taste the alcohol lingering on his breath. he let out a sigh, reaching out to him -- 

“you’re drunk already, aren’t you?”

So here I am on my 44th birthday and I still haven’t completely mastered my baking skills. Some would find it sad and pathetic that I’m making my own birthday cake, but I say it’s authentic and now I can make sure it’s just how I like it; even though it sort of came out wrong. 

Now I see where I get that from. did you get the cupcakes and flowers I sent you?

“Do you think the people in Starbucks even try to spell names right anymore? It’s probably more fun to see a person’s face when you manage to spell a three letter name completely wrong.”

“I’m pretty sure that’s the reason. I went in and just said ‘dan’ for the name, and came back with ‘damn’. don’t know if that’s because of that vine from years ago, or if they were just trying to mess with me.”

Every day I go into work, I try to convince my boss to let me drink on the job again and she still hasn’t budged. I’ve been working here for three years now, and some of the customers we get are truly the bane of my existence. If I had a dollar for everytime I had to explain to a customer that just because one server does something for them, it doesn’t mean that we’re all going to do it, I could be happily retired right about now.
