Like…if so many of them are in poor health, it’s probably not of their own volition.

They know it’s all manufactured garbage, they know they’re supporting a poisonous culture and industry, but they keep up their slavish devotion to it because they’re addicted to the escapism. 

Another note is that does it suck that they havent received a salary yet? Sure, but isnt that how EVERYTHING works in america? Dont you go to an university and then is in debt for the next dozen of years? That is exactly how it works for them too, the company trained them for years, and now they are paying their debts. They dont receive any actual money because the company is already paying for their daily needs, and the rest is the debt. In the end it sounds better than how the american system works tbh, they dont even need to worry about not being able to pay rent or food, the company will pay for that. I'm not saying there's nothing wrong with this system, but dont act like its a monstruously out of this world system when the united states have been doing it for generations.
