My own personal theory for why everyone is suddenly human is because Bayagototh wants to test his servant's Loyalty-and everyone else was just caught in the crossfire.
(Regardless of the validity of this theory, it's still best if said servant does not waver in loyalty. He should know what Bayagototh does to those who are no longer useful-and there's no telling what would happen to said servant's human family if the Pact were to break.)

Actually, my name for the protagonist / Specimen 14 is Maxwell. Leroy is one of their siblings, lol. In my personal lore, Leroy is the reason Whiteface is in the mansion (guess how) – Maxwell also has a sister named Olivia (more on her later!)
Hi, by the way. Here are some of my personal notes from my sleeper interest in this mansion game:
Specimen 3 is also known as Subject 5. (canon; generic lab assistant notes on the creature)
Specimen 12 is also known as Paranormal Structure. (not sure if this is canon or fanon, but it says so on the wiki)
This is just a nitpick: The Silent Hill game Lisa is from is officially called 'PT', which is short for Playable Teaser, not Playable Test
Many people just refer to specimens by their numbers (such as myself) unless specifically talking within a headcanoned context. Generally speaking it'll be easier if you just call them by their numbers.
(Also, I have fan names too, they just never come up, lol. Ask me 'bout 'em.)
