Примерно месяц прошел, как начала использовать kindle. И, если честно, it worth the hype. В первую очередь, я хотела эту читалку чтобы действительно заменить бумажные книги, потому что в какой-то момент я поняла, что для меня важно быть мобильной и, в случае необходимости, не перевозить целую библиотеку. Во-вторых, устройство правда удобное, легкое, приятное. А еще цвет! Мой kindle не слишком эстетичный, но я будто специально не стала покупать миллион чехлов и украшений, стремясь сократить количество покупок.

Lately, I've been spending a lot of time watching the stray cats in my neighborhood.

They've taught me much more than I expected.

Some of them are gone now, and losing them never gets easier. But because of them, I've learned to value the time we do get together instead of mourning its eventual end before it even happens.

They`ve taught me patience as well. Every cat arrives wary carrying a huge number of reasons not to trust people. You can't rush this process. If you push too hard they`ll simply disappear and never come back.

They've taught me that affection cannot be demanded, only offered.

Maybe that's why I enjoy their company so much. Cats don't care about expectations, productivity or plans. They nap in sunbeams, stretch dramatically and treat every patch of warm pavement as if it were the most important place in the world.
