hi, i’m polar! this is my sideblog dedicated to undertale and deltarune.
i first played undertale in november 2015, about two months after it came out. i’ve been a huge fan of this world and its characters since. i’m also a big fan of deltarune and i’m very curious to see where it goes.
i will tag spoilers for chapter(s) of deltarune for 1 month after i personally finish playing them. i will make a post to clearly indicate whenever my spoiler embargo ends. tags will be #deltarune spoilers, #dr spoilers, #deltarune {chapter} spoilers, and #dr {chapter} spoilers.
undertale-centric posts will be tagged #ut, deltarune-centric posts will be tagged #dt. posts equally about both will have both of these tags as well as #utdr.

The secret boss in Chapter 4 might be my favorite moment in the whole game (so far). Gerson and Susie have a really nice dynamic and I loved how this fight foreshadowed everything while also helping her find her own path and genuinely encouraging her to keep honing her abilities and spellcasting. It was a much-needed breather to have just a friendly sparring match amidst the world-ending stakes the rest of the chapter. Thank you Toby Fox!
