Where did you learn 3D art, and how did you become a 3D artist? Were you self-taught, did you take a specific online course, or go to a specific college? I'm a beginner, and you're one of my favorite artists, so I'm really curious! 🎨
Very early on when I was super young, around 12 or so I'd say I'd always mess around with Garry's Mod and was super fascinated by 3D Models and how they worked, I tried to mess around porting other models to GMod but lacked the knowledge.
Then 2018 came around when I picked up VRChat (If you don't know, before VS Rephrase VRChat is actually where a lot of people knew me from!) I started out porting already made models but sometimes things didn't live up to my standards so after porting and editing models for years in 2020 I decided to finally start modeling on my own.
I can't say I did this alone as I have some great friends that STILL teach me stuff to this day and I can't thank them enough!
Some advice I will pass onto you is do not bother watching the "Blender Donut tutorial". It's a mistake I made early on before I wanted to go all in on modeling and it fucked me up because the YouTube tutorial people do not understand how to get to the point and kind of made me think modeling is much harder than it is.
