Now this is an unused attack, but the knight is seemingly capable of turning into one of its SWORDS... kinda like a certain someone

Even though Black Knife doesn't share the Freedom motif like the rest of the secret/hidden/super/shadow bosses, it does happen to share a different motif with The World Revolving:

The point I was trying to make with the original post besides showing the similarities/parallels between the two, was that I genuinely believe that Jevil harbors admiration for the knight, after all, he specifically spoke of their "brilliance" to the Spade King.

While Jevil and the King themselves don't take any part in the prophecy, and at this point are technically "not important", they still have taken an effect in the story... like a butterfly effect, so to speak.

Now this has been in the game from the very beginning, but adding to my point of Jevil admiring the knight, I think it is very interesting that he mentions them regardless of if he's fought through violence or through tiring him out.

Year or two ago I made these Mario Dark World designs, and with chapters 3 and 4 coming out it got me back in the mood for this au. I’m trying my best to make the lore work based on the info we have from the game so far, so hopefully down the line Toby doesn’t drop some major bombshell that would totally mess up the story I have for this au

While this au does take place in a Deltarune-like world where humans and monsters live together, I felt that having them be humans (well, besides for one 👀) added more to the story, and made their dark world designs better disguises. They’re a group of misfits, people who feel hurt or unsatisfied by the world, and the dark world is their ideal world. They have the same goal as in SPM where they want to destroy the world in order to make a better new one
