Cheers to the ladies I work with everyday. To the ladies that know what teamwork is. To the ladies that help me when I need it most, with the smallest task or if im having a meltdown! It takes alot to be a CNA. To wipe every bodily fluid ever, to change the dirty/wet briefs, to be there for grieving families. Sometimes we have to be the voice for our residents. Some of them, we are all they have. Some of them drive us ABSOLUTELY LOOPY! But at the end of the day, we put them in bed. We wipe their tears, and make them smile. We are their caregivers. When they accomplish even the smallest task, we are there to congratulate them. My heart has a spot for all my residents, even the difficult ones. Also, to our nurse's, Thank You! You're the ones who hold us together, to guide us, and teach us, and help our voices be heard. So here's a cheers to all the ladies I work with everyday for helping to make a positive impact in our residents lives!
