She's the deleted maid of Madame Adelaide Bonfamille. Don't know why exactly, but I wanted to draw her up for my gala series and add her in, instead of pairing Edgar up with a non-deleted character.
Anyway, I used a few different concepts for her design. Though, since the blonde concept was Disney's most common, I went with that. I chose an Edwardian dress and hairstyle. Though I'm not doing historically accurate, I do try to keep characters in the style of their era, while at times taking liberties like Disney does.
She would have assisted Edgar in his scheme to get rid of the cats. They were to have sung a deleted song entitled "How Much You Mean to Me/Court Me Slowly" in which the butler would have attempted to propose to her so that he could have access to her share of Madame's fortune and she would have instructed Edgar how to court her like in her book.

I was having problems figuring out what to dress her in, since her outfits weren't flashy. So I wasn't too sure what would work. Looked up some nice dresses and chose something I felt would work. Keep in mind, this is for my 'Gala Series', so it's got to be elegant.

Gala Oogie Boogie
Gave him a vest, top, and jacket. Since in merchandise he's often seen as neon green, I decided to use that for his vest. I also added a snake bow tie and a neon tarantula boutonniere. Neon tarantulas are real.

I couldn’t figure out what to dress him in for his Gala attire. So I just made something up. Just a cheesy sci fi look.

Yes, even he's a fancy gent. Such a dapper dullahan. Even the pumpkin looks fancy with its hat and fluffy feather!
What made me think it was a good idea to do velvet and silk in one drawing? I have problems doing them separately.
Since we have no "proof" he has Ichabod's head, he still has a pumpkin. I know it's hard to tell this is meant to be Disney's, but just take it.

So I didn't want to draw him holding the sword like in his original art. Mostly because I'm lazy. lol His outfit is kinda based off of a concept image. I hate the way he turned out. Maybe it's the lips. That and the bulging chest looks more like a weird looking boob. And I think I made his butt bigger than it should be. I dunno. But anyways.
No I'm not pairing him up with Madame Medusa. I just try to keep with aposting two characters pattern when posting. And since I'm not pairing either of them up with anyone I figured he'd be the next one to keep the pattern even.

I feel she's Cruella's cousin. It just feels like they are. Though I think WhiteFangKakashi300 from deviantart was the one who planted the idea in my head or we both thought it at different times in our lives. I can't remember.
I haven't decided who to pair her up with. Or if I am. Yes that's the "Devil's eye" diamond. No I don't know what the pearls are connected to. I'm too lazy to figure it out. lol Also no I don't know how she even got it out of the Smithsonian Institute.

I don't know if she'd be considered a fan character since I used a random outsider from Simba's Pride as John's wife and then gave her the name.
As you can see, she's villainous. Maybe in my head, she's the reason for King Richard's sudden death.

I changed the outfit a little. And I changed the crown he wears cause they gave him one or two different crowns in Lorcana. And I added a scepter since his hands looked kinda weird just sitting there.

I decided to pair him up with Madam Mim. I dunno, they just seem like a "cute" couple. I didn't want to pair him up with Lady Bane. I think Madam Mim is a better choice. Whether he agrees or not doesn't matter. lol
