“I can’t swim. Having literal goat legs and a human-like upper body makes it hard to be in water. Plus, I can’t really be in the sun during the summer because my fur makes me overheat easily.”

“Now that I think of it, why do you have fur? Seems like like an evolutionary disadvantage. You’re from Brazil, right? It’s warm there.”

“I lived in the mountains where it snowed a lot. Fur kept me and my siblings warm during winter.”

“Gasp! Is Miss Doe finally sharing her childhood?”

“Go away.”

“I didn’t know you have siblings.”

“Had.”

Yup! Unfortunately, this year she didn’t get anyone anything due to her… ongoing episode… But last year she got everyone something!

-She got Doctor heavy metal music albums

-She got Jester wooden puppets

-She got Ticket Taker a binder and LOTS of binder separators since he likes organization

-She got Pierrot a small plant

-She got Harlequin a snake stuffed animal

-Gem got the most since he’s her best friend, so she gave him a cookbook, a book of riddles (so he can practice understanding riddles with the shadows of truth), an Aloe Vera salve she made, candles, and small sheets of paper that were designed to be burnt

-She gave Rio hoops so he can train his animals to do tricks (But he said no to being her valentine)

-She didn’t get Luma or Solar anything since she didn’t know them and still doesn’t, but she WOULD get them sun and moon themed things

-King got flipped off

Today is @galaxyshadow64’s birthday!!!

Gem baked the cake and lit the candle, Strega decorated the cake, and Rio wrapped the gift :)

Since Rio has finally released me from the storage closet, here’s some facts about facts about Strega and Rio regarding romance!

1. Strega and Rio are constantly rejecting each other. Strega is asexual, and while Rio CAN feel romantic attraction he isn’t looking for anything romantic or long-term. So Rio rejects Strega when it it comes to romance and she rejects him when it comes to adult intimacy

2. Strega’s love languages include gift-giving and physical affection! Since she has a horn on each side of her head and on the back of her head, she wouldn’t be able to lean back into MC without hurting them, so she would bury her face into their hair or shoulder while hugging them. She is surprisingly clingy when in love with someone

2. The way Rio shows his attraction is through flirting, but also through trying to be around MC a lot. Sort of like how Harlequin follows MC in the streets and talks to them after performances

3. Strega likes when someone she trusts runs their hand through her hair because it reminds her of when Columbina used to braid her hair and it comforts her

“Oh, it’s going well, My Dear. Miss Doe has just been lying in her bed for the last four days. I’m actually here with her now.”

“… Rio, please… Just go away…”

“I’d rather stay, Gorgeou—OW!!”

“DON’T FUCKING TOUCH ME!!!”

“Why? They’re just your horns. It’s not that big of a deal.”

“It IS a big deal!!! You KNOW I hate being touched, especially my horns, and you don’t fucking care!!!”

“You’re just being dramatic, I barely touched you. You’d let Gem or Doctor touch you and even hug you, so why can’t I?”

“That’s different. I trust them. Gem is like my brother, and Doctor is like my father. I know them.”

“So you don’t trust me?”

“That’s not—“

“So you don’t love me?”

“I didn’t mean—”

“Goodbye, Strega. I’m going back to the pens; the petting zoo opens in twenty…”

“Trust me, My Dear, I’ve tried to encourage Miss Doe to distance herself from the Flame; that woman never listens to me… As for your other question, she cares about Gem because they’re more similar than you may think. They both bonded after the Angel’s death since they both saw her as maternal figures, Gem seeing her as a mother figure and Strega seeing her as a sister, so it was hard on both of them. Plus, Strega sees herself in Gem. She saw her past innocence in the Shepherd, which is why she hated him so much then, but now that’s why she cares about him so deeply. She wishes that someone would have done more to protect her and her innocence, so she makes up for it by trying to protect Gem. This is also why in the ‘Do You Think We’re Siblings In Every Universe’ video, Strega was typically shown as the elder sibling.”
