its genuinely baffling to me how i can do so good eating 3 meals a day for so many months. and then i have 11 days of anxiety that wrecks my appetite resulting in going from 3 to 2 meals in a day finally culminating in 3 days of officially barely eating which leads to the consequence of barely even BEING ABLE TO eat

i visibly have lost weight

i dont wanna lose weight anymore

my brain wont ever allow me higher than 140 lbs

but i cant handle being less than 127 lbs
