A New Year presents a choice to improve on the last year, to reflect on what has been, to build on the foundations you have already laid, learning from previous mistakes made, adapting your ways, to move forward without looking back and becoming a better person than you have been.✨ Life throws some hardy curveballs, and they will continue to do so, when inner strength and external support is needed to get you through, but it’s important to always face things with love, then you will heal the wounds from the inside out. 🥰 You can’t always change the things around you when it’s out of your hands, but you always have a choice within yourself and your own wee world to make positive decisions and embody affirming behaviours in your life to make the world a happier place to be, one small space at a time. (Be that your mind or any actual physical space) ☺️ Keep yourself rooted, grounded, and keep those branches growing, nurture them in order to enable them to change direction to find their space in amongst the others. 🌳 🍃 Seasons come and go, leaves will shed and once again grow. Take in the beautiful moments that happen in every day and take out the negative cycles of thinking and being. Take charge and be better, for you and for others.
