What was the difference...? These runs were 2 weeks apart In 2 weeks I took almost 1.5 minutes off my pace... I took over 4 minutes off the time for the ENTIRE run! What gives? 😳 Was it my phenomenal training? Psh...I wish! Was it an amazing superfood? Not even close! How about a new supplement? Nope! The secret is I dropped 35lbs! 🤯 Wait...what? 35lbs in 2 WEEKS? Let me explain! Normally I run with my son, pushing him in his jogging stroller. While I LOVE running with him, he obviously makes it harder. But I realized that at one point on my life I was FIFTY pounds heavier! Imagine how much harder life was then!
