A cool two-page advertisement for Ane-San, a side-scrolling beat 'em up for the PC Engine about a gang of female delinquents. The ad was taken from the February 1995 issue of Dengeki PC Engine.

sukeban enforcing uniform standards among other students. if you want to break the uniform rules, you've gotta be tough enough to get away with it, i guess? so you see sukeban threatening "normal" girls who have died their hair or are wearing their uniform in some non-compliant way that they better change it back by tomorrow or there'll be trouble. obviously, i have no idea if this ever happened in real life, but it does happen in the movie blow the night!! let's spend the night together, which was made with the involvement of real-life sukeban, so maybe?
