This is a bit unspectacular since it's pretty much just a ham and brie sandwich, BUT I tried to shake things up a bit with a garlic and Dijon mustard mayonnaise. Overall a very easy sandwich to make :D By the way, I have to point out the amount of Frenchness in this sandwich, I mean Brie is a French cheese (this particular one is made in Québec), and I actually purchased the Dijon mustard in Dijon, France.....and Black Forest ham.....well, the Black Forest does border France...and the borders have shifted....so...it's sort of French...and the bread...well they make bread in France, so therefore the bread is connected to France....Bam. Logic.
