‘ how long have you been teaching? ’

           “ The day I don’t offer you at least a few compliments,  Emma,               is the day you know I’ve been replaced by an alien. ”

          “Actually, I was just coming by to check on everyone. Especially Scott since he hasn’t been texting me back and that’s not like him.”

    “ Take a guess. ”

“If you knew what it could do, you would understand why I want to know more about it?”

[Agent 37 gave the woman a ‘seriously’ look, as if the question she asked was a dumb one, because it was.  Though Dick was puzzled as to how she knew he was a secret agent?  Did the X-Men have an insider at Spyral…not likely, maybe the woman could read his mind, Matron warned him of those.  Just for kicks, he started thinking about complex math equations.]

“I have a feeling you could find out the answer if you wanted to..” 

Wanda is able, after a few more moments, to get herself well composed.   Well, as close as she really ever got to well composed.  She smiles now, getting up from her seat and smoothing down the fabric of her clothing.   “ You know how those two love to talk in circles.  I don’t think they’ll be done for quite some time. ”  

“ Let’s go to the kitchen, then. ”  There’s plenty of wine in the cellar, but that’s further away, and Wanda wants to make herself a cup of tea while she’s at it.  Someone here would do it for her, of course, but she’s very particular about just how much cinnamon goes into it.  

 “ How are your girls? ” she asks curiously       while she begins the walk through the       hallways.

“ I do. But I’m hoping that as well as they do, they will tire each other after some time, ” Emma says with a playful glint in her eyes. She follows Wanda to the kitchen with a smile on her face but that is only the surface. In all honesty, she is curious what may be the cause of the other woman’s discomfort but she doesn’t want to pry or look into her mind without her permission. She could do it with- out Wanda realising it, but she doesn’t want to gamble with her trust now that her relationship with Erik has been going quite smoothly.

I realised but I was too lazy to change it because that would mean changing the link in the navigation, yada yada. But thanks.

I’ll be an actual trashbag and won’t do my longer replies tonight, which means that I still owe @stumblcd, @cheyarafiim, @agentofspyral and @amothersgrief. I love all of you and I won’t drop those threads but I’m just physically incapable to write them right now.
