Funny protest idea

If your government follows: Legal president but doesn't like: topless women trans women Then a funny protest idea would be to get a bunch of trans women to go out shirtless, if this government wanted to do something about this, they would either have to let these people go out like this, meaning that they would have to not enforce women going topless(something I find sexist), or arrest these people, admitting they are women.
