I don’t have many walk cycles under my belt yet. They are a bit rough but I aim to improve!  Even so, I still hope some of my fellow Night in the Woods fans find enjoyment in this one!

Peter: So like…on a scale of one to ten, ten being the worst evil imaginable, like…killing puppies, and one being I’ll spit on your hotdog…where are you right now?

Loki: …maybe a three?

Peter: Cool. Lemme know if it gets above a six.

It was hard living around these heroic Avengers, hard trying to stay close to Thor. And when he felt his need for mischief rise too high, when he felt exasperation with these Midgardians turn too close to spite, he would casually say “Six.” to the young man, or sometimes “Seven.”

UF Sans

He will try to touch you more often just because he thinks it cute when you look super happy. But at he’s in the same boat, when he hugs you and you hug him back, he’s the most nervous sweaty skeleton of all time. Don’t point out the bright red blush on his face, he might actually die of embarrassment. 

UF Papyrus

He’s a tsundere, so there is going to be a lot of “I-IT’S NOT LIKE I LIKE YOU, OR ANYTHING!” every time he gives you physical attention. But its not very believable because you are his S/O and he likes you very very very much. And he is more than happy to give you hugs. Its just his ego won’t allow him to enjoy it. 

US Sans

He is definitely a hugger (whether you are his S/O or not) so you are going to buried in affection. Smooches on the cheek? Always before you leave the house. Hugs that last a least 10 seconds? You betcha! Cuddling for hours on end talking about nothing and everything? Every Tuesday and Friday. Honestly, it’d be an issue if you didn’t like being hugged.

US Papyrus

Oh. my. god. You are just too cute. Like way too cute, that should be illegal. There is zero need to be nervous though, this lazy boi is 101% down to cuddle the shit out of you. He’ll often sneak his arm around your waist when in public just so he can watch how happy you get. He’s going to lean on you and hug you from behind so much.

HT Sans

This boi, is not good with physical contact. In his underground the only time he was touched is when Papyrus was interacting with him or someone was trying to hurt him, so unforantely the bad memories outwiegh the good ones. But!! He’ll try his best to show how much he cares for you in other ways (this boi is a sucker for poetry/deep writing) and will try to hold your hand every once and a while, so he can get used to physical contact again. It’ll be a while before he’s able to hug you though.

It took me a while to realize it, but Sans and Papyrus have differently shaped bones. (Not to mention the artistic stuff Papyrus gets up to in his ‘absolutely normal attack’.) Fittingly, Sans’ are wider and rounder, while Papyrus’ are thinner and more angular. 

When I realized this, I immediately checked videos of the Lost Souls segment and confirmed: Papyrus is the only one of them to attack. Sans stands passively, apathetically aside.

But before the final fight begins, when everyone’s trapped in vines and fending off Flowey’s attacks, the bone flung up isn’t Papyrus’. It isn’t Sans’. It isn’t shaped like EITHER ONE’S attacks.

It’s lopsided and looks like a combination of their bones. The left’s a little lump but has a thinness like Papyrus’, the right’s more rounded like Sans’, with the angles of the epiphyses switched around. It looks like they worked in sync, flinging up a bone at the same time, in the same place. A combined bone attack.

It’s not just that it’s one of Papyrus’ attacks, mishapen from being flung in a rush to save the human; there’s nothing off about Undyne’s spear, Alphys’ electricity, or Toriel’s or Asgore’s fire. 

So this is a continuation of what others have already pointed out: Papyrus and Sans share a lot of attack patterns and habits. Well enough that their attacks can work in the same space, functioning as one; at least when they’re acting to save a friend from a specific directional danger. Even though it’s lopsided and not quite symmetrical, the bone works well enough.

In the wild capybaras live in large groups so naturally a female capybara will take care of not only her own offspring, but all of the other offspring in the group. So capybaras are super great mothers who will adopt pretty much anything and take care of it.

Lots of places that rescue different animals will give a group of baby animals to a capybara to raise if they have one.
