so human! Kiibo exists here under the name “Keebo Iidabashi” and he is the “Ultimate Robotics”

Some Other notable differences is that Ouma is more trusting and somewhat kinder, Kaede is a little less trusting and Saihara is a bit more social.

Danganronpa does exist as a reality TV show, however, it isn’t about murdering people. Rather, it’s somewhat similar to shows like Survivor and Total Drama, where the contestants are split into two teams and they have to go through challenges to win. The lowest ranking player overall is sent home immediately, while the losing team has to vote out another contestant.  

Shirogane idolizes Junko and Mukuro, mainly for the killing games. Although she doesn’t want to spread despair across the world, she wants to have another killing game, and she wants to know how it feels with despair.

As such, she forces Rantaro, who has participated in three of the Danganronpa seasons, to join her in making a killing game. She then decides to make it a virtual reality game, because she favored the SDR2 killing game over the first. However, she would need someone to build it and code it, so she blackmails both Iruma and Keebo into making the machine unwillingly, threatening to spread rumors.

Over time, Ouma (who is one of Keebo’s best friends) begins to notice that he begins to drift further and further away from the class, which upsets him greatly. Around this time, Keebo is also appointed class rep, which means he has more work to do.

Eventually, Iruma and Keebo finish the virtual reality, and Shirogane tries to advertise it, but it gets negative response. So, she decides to research how Junko took control over class 77, and takes great interest in how Junko manipulated Ryoto into making a brainwashing device, before executing Chiaki to send the class into despair.

She orders Iruma to make a futuristic-like execution area, equipped with saws that fly out of the walls, thorns, axes, everything you can think of. After a few weeks, Iruma finally finishes, and Shirogane sets her plan into motion, having chosen her target.

She then lures the everybody in the class (minus rantaro and keebo) over to a large prison-like area, where she traps them inside. Keebo then enters Shirogane’s room, asking where the rest of the class is, and she grabs a large figurine of an anime character, before hitting him over the head with it. She then carries him over to where the execution site is, and chains him to a wall.

the execution would be really brutal, like the first thing that happens to him is that he gets his arm messily cut off by a large axe, and then Shirogane would probably make sure that the ropes tying him down were really weak so that he would fall off and land on something like a spear or a saw.

and our poor bab would probably end up reaching the end (which is actually legitimate luckly) but then he would activate this button on accident and heaps of saws just fly out of the wall at the same time and severely injure him.

Meanwhile, the rest of the class are watching in horror, and Ouma is banging on a door, screaming his head off. Just as Keebo reaches the end, he finds an axe and breaks through the door, unaffected by the video since he didn’t watch it, and he makes it to where Keebo is bleeding to death.

With the rest of the class brainwashed, Shirogane is able to force them to make audition tapes. She then puts them all into the program, but she has to knock out Ouma in order for him to join. As she’s creating her own personality, she notices the empty spot, and decides to make an avatar of Keebo as a robot, naming him Kiibo.

and they have aoi as their homeroom teacher and stuff (it’s probably 3-5 years into the future) and naegi is still the principal.

oh and also, Human!Kiibo is here. He is called Kazuki Iidabashi here, although he does have the nickname “Kiibo”, and his talent is “Ultimate Robotics”

Anyway, the teens have a great time and are all happy, with the class all working a special robot that Naegi assigned them of making.

Iruma and Kazuki are the main people working on it, due to their talents. However, tragedy strikes halfway through the year.

Students began to notice Kazuki’s health faltering. He ended up with a cough, which got worse and worse over time. People also noticed how he as struggling to breathe as well.

One day during winter, everybody is out playing in the snow. However, Kazuki collapses soon after a snowball fight, and is rushed to the hospital side of Hope’s Peak, where he is diagnosed with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

The rest of the class continue building the robot, with Ouma suggesting that they base it off Kazuki.

Kazuki is slowly dying, as he isn’t exercising, and doesn’t eat very much food. For nearly a whole year, Kazuki is stuck in bed, occasionally being dragged out to take a photo with the class.

On his birthday, the class present to him the robot, completely operational. Kazuki is very happy, and the class decides to name it Kiibo after Hope’s Peak and after Kazuki.

One month later, and Kazuki is finally at his time. However, he isn’t completely alone while he dies. Ouma and Kaito are by his side as he says goodbye, and the heart monitor beeps away.

Heartbroken by their loss, Naegi allows Kiibo to operate as a substitute for Kazuki, which was requested by the sick teen before he passed.
