I think this is concept art for Avengers: Secret Wars given the strange setting, grown up T'Challa II, and how Doom's wearing his evil overlord attire rather than what RDJ was wearing when he was revealed to be playing him. And I highly doubt it's going to be the END end of the MCU, just a hard reset so that it'll go on as either a fragmented multiverse or a single universe not ruled over by Doom.
