Please, for the love of god or whatever you believe in, please share what happened to my friend Nathan Mings.
July 14, 2021: Nathan was 18 years old- and had been for not even 2 weeks before he was murdered in a hate crime in Louisville, KY, USA. This is the closest and most meaningful death I've experienced in my life.
All of us who knew, loved, and were related to him are in extreme grief and mourning right now and we still have no answers or clues as to what happened that night. He went out with two friends of his around 2 am. The next time someone saw him, he was dying in the hospital from blunt force trauma to the head and multiple broken bones.
Please, I am begging you all here in the queer community, share what happened to him, share his face, share his name, and help us find who killed him. We will not stop hurting and grieving, and we will never find closure until the person(s) are apprehended and caught.
