Summary:

As years pass by this friendship will build into something ethereal as Lorelei and Varian get older together. But fate does not glow its fortunes on someone, as it is erratic and unpredictable.

"As she calmed down, Tavaris found herself looking at the distance. Who knows for how long she stared off to nowhere, her mind was filled with many thoughts that flooded her. Murder, killing, death, compassion, passion, Astarion, blood, love... Love? What was love? Her own thoughts snapped her out of the trance she got herself into. She looked around to see the green folliage and the graceful embrace of the moonlight. She heard a hum that came from her right. Looking at the direction of the voice, she saw an easel with a tall, pale elf behind it. The elf's white curls gave him away. It was Astarion, he was painting. 'I didn't know you painted.' Tavaris broke the silence. Astarion looked at the young woman with a soft smile. 'I dabble when I find the time. And something to paint.' he replied. The young elf looked at the vampire with curiosity. 'And what are you painting?' Tavaris asked as she got up. 'My muse. It's almost done, I'm just adding the final touches.' Tavaris got next to Astarion and leaned her head on Astarion's shoulder, her eyes wondered towards the canvas, and she saw herself. 'That is... me.' 'Yes. My muse.'"

AAAAA!!!! I got this painting by experimenting with some random brushes and just letting myself go. It was therapeutic and I love the result! Then I added Astarion and the easel later on, thinking that it would be adorable that he painted Tavaris.
