I'm not terribly good at talking about myself buuuuut, I'll try. My name is Tachyon, Fish, Sam, Sammie... wtvr else, call me what you will, I'm an artist first and foremost, might be what you know me from, might be my theories/studies. I'm very analitical and studious so, it could be the later. I'm studying primarily psychology, some art, take Spanish classes. Big on wolves, but that's obvious. I'm a girlfailure, loser, wolfkin dyke (proudly that is). Although I will say, in recent years I've started shedding the loser label? idk. ppl like me recently, and I like them. I'm a bit obsessive, very lovey-dovey to those I adore, upfront about if you piss me off so don't even stress it. I'm not mad at you, I'm probably just being depressing on my own or distracted while texting. Snip at me if I do smth wrong, but be smart and know I can't read minds so literally just tell me.
Having had persistent depression and working towards a psychology based degree, primarily on the treatment of debilitating disorders and disabilities, here is my advice. Take it, leave it, if it doesn't work, it doesn't work, I'm not your therapist.
Stream the music you enjoy moving your body to more, you're already struggling to move I assume, that's your dopamine. You're not "too woke" for being upset by something, but also remember some things are just... worth not paying mind to. You can't fix what internetuser35702 said or some bad take on the internet. Blocking helps a lot more than fighting or calling out to your mental health. You're not a bad person for not subjecting yourself to highly distressing things. Stop caring so much what ppl think, they don't actually. Notoriously they do not. I know, easier said than done. But it's essentially a muscle you gotta train. Do something everyday that scares you. Put on the skirt, the new make up, compliment a stranger (don't know what or who to compliment? Walk around, if anyone grabs your attention for longer than usual, compliment them on the thing. Especially if it's smth you like too), strike up a conversation, ask for their number, buy a new drink at the cafe. It doesn't need to be traumatizing scary, but try to teach your body to trust this anxiety enough to function. People irl care far less than they do online. Online gives people a mask to hide behind, makes them cruel and bolder. Literally touch grass and leave the house, it'll do wonders. Nature is all around you so study it.
