New Aluminum T-Bar Handle for Shimano Trinidad 12,14, 16, 20, 30 Reels. New Light Weight 9 degree Articulated T-Bar Handle. new T-Bar Power Handle. The complete handle includes an aluminum handle blank and knob and weighs about 4 oz. The knob incorporates a 9 degree offset to permit increased torque. The knob is constructed of 6061 Aluminum and incorporates a ball bearing in the shaft. This hollow aluminum knob is extremely light weight and incredibly comfortable. The 6061 aluminum handle blank is about 3.75″ in length. This is longer than the original handle blank. This extra length provides for additional torque. Knob is available in BLACK only. To attach the knob to the reel handle: The shaft is detached from the knob by removing the small allen screw from inside the knob. Then separate the knob from the shaft. Remove the small plug from the top of the shaft. This will expose a slot in the pin for the second screw driver. Attach the shaft to the handle blank using 2 screw drivers. Then reverse the procedure to reassemble. You should use blue Loctite 242 when attaching the knob shaft to the handle blank to secure the screw.
