In this demented psychobilly cover of a Hasil Adkins obscure West Virginia primitive rockabilly tune Lux Interior sings like a Looney Tunes cartoon character right out of The Wacky World of Tex Avery and here’s his secret:

“…When they were recording Hasil Adkins’ "She Said”, Lux shoved a huge Styrofoam 16 oz. coffee cup into his mouth, and sang the entire song like that, drooling spit uncontrollably and spewing out pieces of crumbled Styrofoam as he sang….“
