MASTERPOST
SHORT QUILLED SONIC AU - COMIC
The story is on going!
URBAN JUNGLE Pages 45-46

I never guessed that in my adulthood, Iâd be relating to Calvinâs parents as much as I do in this comic.
Because damn ⌠Calvinâs dad was so right.
This is part of an arc where their house got broken into and they have to deal with the ensuing fallout.
Calvin and Hobbes was some real shit, my dude.
Reading Calvin and Hobbes as an adult is a VERY different experience than reading it as a kid.
I always liked this arc because they were out of town when the house was robbed (I think at a wedding?) but Calvin forgot Hobbes. So when they get home and realize theyâve been robbed, Calvin is super scared Hobbes mightâve been stolen. For some reason the last panel when the parents are happy that Calvin has his buddy again just always moved me.Â
Also this part:Â
Phantom doesn't do "carrying kids" for piggybacks.
Dani, however, doesn't accept "no" for an answer. If thereâs a wall, she climbs it.
No one can top this man's patience.

A Shadow (click for clarity)
Itâs been a while since Iâve posted ab Shadow, Jazzâs contracted Ancient :3 One of its unique abilities is to imitate the appearances of the living, but theyâre not always accurate due to its weak eyesight.
A headcanon that I have ab Shadow is that its favorite human form to copy is Batmanâs. Not Bruce, but specifically Batman, bc he appears dark, shadowy, and very tall. Shadow will often follow Batman and watch him in order to copy him better. Afterwards, Shadow will accompany Jazz and Jason as Batman on the occasion whenever theyâre in Crime Alley.

Danny texting Sam and Tucker: Where are you guys?
Sam: Sorry. Tucker, took a wrong turn and the GPS lost signal. We finally found someone who could give us directions but we're twenty minutes out.
Danny: You have to hurry. I'm surrounded by rich people who keep asking me questions then laugh when I answer!
Sam: They're being passive aggressive. Just smile and say something backhanded back
Danny: okay.
Danny: That's was terrible advice.
Sam: Why what happened?
Danny: I think I'm engaged now? Or they trying to get engaged to me??? I just insulted everyone here and now they're asking about my prospects.
Sam: Oh no. Danny, I think you may have implied that you're someone important. The rich look down on each other, and if you did it overly well, then you just made them think you were a good means of elevating their standing through you. Get out of that Gala. DO. NOT. TALK. TO. ANYONE. ELSE. RUN.
Danny: Instructions not clear: I'm now a Wayne, and apparently I got 14 dates.
Sam: What?! You cant impersonate a Wayne! They're like royalty in the Nepo baby world! Why would you lie like that?!
Danny: I didn't lie! Someone just yelled out "Another blue eye dark hair orphan Wayne picked up" and everyone went with it. I got mobbed by rich people!
Sam: What do you think Bruce Wayne will do when he finds out that your pretending to be his son!?
Danny sends Selfie of him and Bruce smiling and hugging: He set up a college fund for me and asked me what room I wanted in the Manor.
Sam: what
Tucker: Hey I know Im driving and my car was reading the text to me so I cant see that pick but I have to interrupt here and ask: Does Mr.Wayne want more children? I need a college fund and a room in a Manor.
Danny: He said he love to have you
Sam: We were supposed to go to the Queen Gala to get Oliver Queen to fund more green research not get adopted by Bruce Wayne! Why do you even want to be adopted? You're a King! You're not exactly hurting for money....well living money.
Danny: My parents tried to dissect me.
Tucker: The proper term is vivisect.
Sam: Touche.
Danny: Tucker, you're now officially adopted and are now my brother too. Sam, do you want me to ask for you? Since your parents cut all ties with you, that's basically a orphan.
Sam: Fine, sure, but only if he will fund our nonprofit.
Danny: Bruce said yes.
Meanwhile on the other side of the room Bruce is texting his kids.
Bruce: You all have 3 new siblings
Damian: Father, you have a serious problem. At this point it's not a inconvenience. Its a cry for help.
Dick: How old are they?
Jason: Whats thier sob story?
Bruce: They're all just turned seventeen. It's the Danny Fenton Case. Fenton is here now attempting to go by a different name but I can tell its him.
Tim: The kid that his parents cut open on live, claiming he wasn't human? Yeah, thats a good sob story. What about the other two?
Bruce: Danny said they come as a package. Samantha Manson and Tucker Foley. I asked Babs to check them out
Barbara: Samantha and Tucker were on the missing teens lists having run away from home with Danny after rescuing him from his parents. The official statement thier parents made was that the three were in a "sinful" poly relationship and took off togther but based on what I found, they see eachother as siblings and each lived with a different version of child abuse.
Bruce: I got a good deal. Three for one. They want to live at home with me. My nest is growing.
Dick: I think Damian was right. This is a cry for help.
All will be as it should be Part 4
Danny slept.
Not the restless, flickering kind this timeâreal sleep, heavy and bone-deep. Jason didnât risk putting him back on the couch. Instead, he sat on the floor with his back against it, Danny curled in his lap like a cat that had decided this was where it lived now.
Jason stayed awake.
He counted breaths. Watched the rise and fall of Dannyâs chest. Kept one hand anchored over the scars, like proximity alone could keep the kid solid.
Every so often Danny went faint at the edges, transparency creeping in when his dreams turned sharp. Jason would tighten his hold just a little, murmur something groundingâhey, youâre here, Iâve got youâand Danny would come back.
By dawn, Jason had a plan.
That should have worried him more than it did.
Morning light crept in through the blinds, pale and dusty. Danny blinked awake, eyes glowing faintly before settling into a softer green. He looked around, confused but not afraid.
âDid I⌠fall again?â he asked.
âNope,â Jason said. âYou stayed put all night.â
Danny beamed like heâd just been given a gold star. âIâm good at learning!â
Jason snorted. âYeah, you are.â
He helped Danny up slowly, testing. Dannyâs feet hit the floor andâmiracle of miraclesâstayed there.
âOkay,â Jason said. âRule one.â
Danny straightened, serious. âRules!â
Jason held up a finger. âWhen you start feeling floaty, you stop moving and breathe. Donât fight it.â
Danny nodded hard.
âRule two: you donât wander off alone. Ever.â
Danny hesitated. ââŚâcause I might disappear?â
ââCause Gotham eats people,â Jason said honestly. âYou especially.â
That made sense to Danny, apparently, because he nodded again.
Jason rummaged through his kitchen and produced toast, peanut butter, and a glass of juice. Danny stared at it like it might vanish.
âFor me?â he asked.
âFor you.â
Danny ate like someone who wasnât sure when the next meal was coming. Jason pretended not to notice.
After breakfast came the harder part.
Jason crouched in front of him again, gentle but direct. âDanny. I gotta ask. Do you remember anyone? Anyone at all before the⌠ouchie?â
Danny thought hard. Too hard. His glow flickered, then steadied.
âNo,â he said finally, small voice apologetic. âJust me.â
Jason nodded. Memory wipes happened. Trauma did that. Magic did that. Lazarus pits did worse.
âOkay,â Jason said. âThen hereâs what I remember for you.â
Danny looked up, trusting in a way that made something ache behind Jasonâs ribs.
âYouâre a kid who went through something bad,â Jason continued. âSomething that wasnât your fault. And now youâve got abilities that are gonna take time to understand.â
âLike falling,â Danny supplied.
âLike falling,â Jason agreed. âBut you donât have to figure it out alone.â
He hesitated only a fraction of a second.
âIf you want,â Jason said, âyou can stay here. With me.â
Dannyâs eyes went wide.
âYou wonât give me away?â
âNo.â
âYou wonât be mad if I break stuff?â
Jason huffed. âKid, I own reinforced furniture.â
Danny leaned forward and wrapped his arms around Jasonâs neck, careful and solid and real.
âOkay,â he said happily. âYouâre my person then.â
Jason froze.
Then he hugged back.
âGuess so,â he murmured.
Elsewhere, alarms began to ripple through reality.
The Ghost Zone stirred, empty and sealed where it should not be. Gothamâs magic took note of a new presenceâbright, impossible, half-alive. Fate tried to correct itself and found teeth instead.
Clockwork watched the future unfold in branching paths.
Danny Toddâno, not yet, but closeâlearned control young. Learned grounding. Learned that powers didnât make him a monster.
Jason Todd learned patience.
Learned gentleness.
Learned that saving a kid didnât always mean pulling them out of the line of fireâsometimes it meant teaching them how to stand in it.
Clockwork adjusted one final gear. A mysterious rock appeared in Flash's path, breaking three toes on his left foot and two on his right foot.
âMessy,â he said fondly. âBut stable.â A twitch of his finger and a brick landed on Flash's hand, breaking his thumb.
And in a small Gotham apartment, Jason Todd taped a piece of paper to the fridge.
RULES
Breathe.
Stay close.
Ask for help.
Danny added a fourth in crayon.
4. Jason stays.
Jason looked at it for a long time.
Then he nodded.
Part 3
All will be as it should be part 1
Clockwork prided himself on order.
On cogs that turned when they were meant to turn. On grains of sand that fell exactly once. On timelines that behaved themselves and did notâdid notâdevelop bad habits like paradoxes, fractures, or speedsters.
He hated the Flash family.
Not personally. Oh no. Personally implied effort. This was professional loathing. Centuries of it. They treated time like a racetrack and then had the audacity to be surprised when it splintered under their feet.
Most of the time, Clockwork fixed it.
He sighed, rewound, clipped a branching possibility here, nudged a causality there. Clean. Efficient. Tedious.
This time, however, Barry Allenâbless his chronically impulsive heartâhad done something irrevocable.
Clockwork froze the timestream and stared.
âNo,â he said flatly.
Danny Fenton was not supposed to die at five. He couldn't stop it. It had to happen.
The accidentâthe accidentâwas cataloged, indexed, and filed neatly under Age Fourteen: Ghost Portal Activation / Half-Death Event. A controlled disaster. A survivable one. A boy old enough to understand rules, consequences, and secrecy.
Instead, a speedsterâs careless temporal wake had nudged the Fentons forward. Five-year-old Danny had toddled into the lab on the wrong day. Pressed the wrong button. Been in the wrong place at the wrong moment.
The portal had activated.
And Danny Fenton had died.
And lived.
Clockwork fast-forwarded.
The screens before him filled with ruin.
A child who couldnât control his phasing, screaming as he fell through floors. A boy who went invisible when frightened and never came back. Government containment. Dissection tables. A pair of parents who loved their son so much they would tear him apart to understand him.
Jack and Maddie Fenton were good people.
They were also catastrophes waiting to happen.
Clockwork watched timelines collapse like dominoes.
âNo,â he repeated, sharper now.
He rewound.
With a gesture, the Ghost Portal vanished from the Fenton basement as if it had never existed. Solder cooled. Blueprints turned blank. The connection to the Zone sealed so thoroughly even the Observants would nod in approval.
In this timeline, the Fentons would never touch the Infinite Realms.
Then Clockwork turned to the boy.
Five years old. Small. Flickering between states like a broken light. Green eyes glowing faintly in the frozen air.
Danny Fenton needed to be raised right.
Clockwork watched.
He watched foster systems fail. Watched heroes try and fail to be parents. Watched well-meaning people recoil from glowing eyes and impossible abilities.
He watched until he found someone who had already died.
Someone who had been dragged back from death by rage and grief and an iron refusal to stay down.
Someone who knew what it was to be unwanted. Broken. Angry. Alive anyway.
Jason Todd.
Crime Alley, Gotham City, was a nexus of pain and persistence. A place where tragedy didnât end peopleâit forged them. Jason was older now, rougher, freshly returned to the world and still figuring out what that meant.
Clockwork rewound just enough.
He erased a few memories.
Jackâs laugh. Maddieâs arms. A lab full of humming machines.
What remained was warmth. A sense of home without a face attached.
Then Clockwork placed the child carefully on the cold pavement of Crime Alley.
Right in Jason Toddâs path.
The boy hiccupped, went briefly transparent, then solid again. His eyes glowed green in the dim light. He clutched a too-big hoodie around himself and looked up at the approaching footsteps.
Jason froze.
ââŚwhat the hell,â he muttered.
The kid looked at him like he was the sun.
Clockwork watched Jason kneel without thinking. Watched him take off his jacket. Watched him swear softly as the kid phased through his own hands and then burst into terrified tears.
Clockwork saw the way Jason didnât flinch.
Didnât run.
Didnât look away.
Instead, Jason pulled the child close, solid or not, and growled at the universe like it had personally offended him.
âOkay,â Jason said, voice rough but steady. âOkay, little man. I got you.â
The timeline stabilized.
The gears turned smoothly once more.
âAll will be as it should be,â Clockwork whispered.
And faded away.

Such a sweet family! âŚ.oh.
Have the best 2026! 2025 surely was a rollercoaster for me, but getting into the Phandom, being acknowledged by the very artist who made it happen definitely were the highlights that I will never forget.

DCxDP Fanfic Idea: The Claim
Danny Phantom: Known throughout the course of human history. A figure in nearly all cultures and myths. Randomly appearing without rhythm or reason. As if he were merely popping in and out of time.
Danny Fenton: a random kid from a middle-class family in Illinois, USA. The only notable fact about him is that he is the son of two renowned experts in paranormal studies.
How were they connected? Why was Phantom so interested in this child? Was Fenton safe?
These were questions that kept the Justice League Dark awake at night. Ever since Batman brought it to their attention after Fenton had done a campus tour of Gotham U, with Phantom's magical sigil floating over his head like a loud alarm to anyone who can see it. The boy seemed unaware of it himself- not surprising since you had to be born with the sight or, like Batman, encountered enough paranormal entities that you developed the eyes for it.

âHow did you meet your clone?â
âWhat?â He turned his face to peek back at Danny. âDonât you know that already?â
âIâve heard everyone else's recounting of it. I wanna hear yours.â
Clark felt his tongue go heavy in his mouth, and he returned his sight to the floor. He had tried not to think about it. Not that that had been any successful, his mind kept circling back to it, but he had tried nonetheless. Silence stretched between them and Clark felt ridiculous for not starting to talk. Itâs not like it had really been a big event. Nothing had happened to Clark. All he did was meet a kid.
DC x DP Prompt â Adult, On Occasion (Part 4)
TW: Implied child death, minor and implied suicide attempts, injuries.
"What am I doing with my life," Danny grumbled, slumping over on the couches of the Fenton household.
"Maybe if you hadn't chugged ectoplasm like we're in a drinking game you wouldn't be debating your mortality, Danny."
"Sam, be nice." Jazz sighed, laying on the cold hardwood floors and sipping intermittently at a crinkled plastic water bottle.
"For real." Tucker agreed, hooking up a camera with one hand while the other shoved beef jerky into his mouth.
"Sorry."
I NEED more!!!
