Had a relatively good day, not as active as I would like though :/

Omad - egg white, mushroom, pepper, and low fat cheese omelette w/ 9 mini star shaped hash brown bites (497)

Drinks - 3x diet green tea (6), 1x monster ultra (10), 1x sf peach redbull (15), 5x tea w/ splash of almond milk (20)

Exercise - 6k steps, 3km run, 30mins of weights, 300 situps

Total - 548

I fear I should clarify that it was MEANT to be an omad but i ended up splitting the bowl because it was HUGE so it’s technically a twomad
