Taking care of Sergio when he's sick
Yeahhhhh Idk where this came from. I just suddenly had an urge to write something more lighthearted compared to last time. Enjoy!
He would 100% work himself out to the point of him being sick. Though he has gotten better since he met you, he does have his moments where he falls into bad habits.
Such as a particular client being very pushy, and he's setting high expectations for himself without really noticing. You hardly notice how late he's working until you catch him getting up in the middle of the night to work.
And now he's done it. A healthy man reduced to shambles with a simple cold. He's as pale as a ghost and running a fever but he still won't stop moving.
He's trying to crawl his way out of bed at first. The fatigue hasn't really set in. He's going to make himself a coffee and he'll be finnnneeeee
Nope. He's not fine. After you drag him back to bed, his body feels like lead. K/O he's sleeping like a rock. He's dead weight you can't move him anymore
He wakes up a couple of hours later, and you have everything for him. Medication, water, soup, everything. He's a little shocked and dazed but he thanks you.
He feels bad you have to take care of him tho lmao but after you assure hum that you don't mind it makes him feel better.
He's a very physically affectionate person so not being able to cuddle in fear of getting you sick has him laying there like >:T
If you have no fear cuddle him all you want he's too tired to complain lol but if you get sick don't blame him
When he isn't sleeping you can definitely bring him some things to keep him occupied! He's usually moving non stop so being confined in a blanket cocoon is difficult for him
If you play on a Switch or other console you can easily persuade him to give it a try! It might not be something he's usually interested in butttt he'll do it for you, and he's got nothing better to do either. Is this an excuse to set up writing Sergio playing Animal Crossing in the future? Yes.
Anyway, he recovers within a few days and he's back to being himself. You make him promise not to work himself so hard next time.
If you did end up catching his cold, he's 100% ready and willing to take care of you now, but those are headcanons for another day :)
