i go from "i didn't deserve the things that happened to me" to "there is no suffering that I do not deserve" in like 3 seconds

deleting the paragraph i typed because talking about my feelings will just leave me in tears and i'll be the one apologizing.

Do you ever just cry in frustration because you feel there's something wrong with you no matter how much you try to fix it?
