I was gonna post a bunch of the aus that I've made draft posts about after I posted the last fic request (I'm not gonna be taking anymore in a while so I can focus on others) but I've decided that I'm gonna post that next week for reasons so whooo! Tumblr post spam! (Ps, thank you @ribbonlab-zip for entertaining my ramblings of this last week🙏) But yeah, this has been sitting there for a month now...oops
Another femNoah au that has always been a side note in other aus that I thought could be fun on its own so... here we go!
So we all know Sierra is obsessed with total drama, the contestants hosts etc, and the main focus of this obsession is Cody, right? But what he wasn't the only one
It did start off with Cody of course, but how could she not want to try to find out as much as she could about her love rivals?
Gwen was easy enough to get information on but 'Noah'? It was practically impossible
So of course she took it as a challenge, clearly 'he' was just messing with her, thinking 'he' was better for Cody than she was
So of course things got worse and she got more and more frantic to find out anything about the missing contestant
There's a love hate aspect because on one hand it's like 'he's' toying with her and she's convinced 'he's' trying to steal Cody from her, but on the other the mystery and intrigue surrounding 'him' is a fangirl's wet dream
As a fangirl, she's gotta have at least some level of respect and enjoyment for someone who clearly has the potential to be a fan favourite
Basically Sierra grows obsessed over finding out more about the one contestant she can't
This can be read as romantic, platonic, a pure hatred, all of the above just twisted or none of them at all
Either way though, she has incredibly mixed feelings about the entire thing and it's definitely complicated
Meanwhile Neha knows Sierra from the times she's tried to sneak onto set, and knows about her obsession of the show- mainly because of Chris
Which brings to an alt WT, the season starts off with Sierra being focused on Cody while still trying to work out what's going on with 'Noah'
But as it devolves the situation starts getting more extreme- like the attention is on Alejandro and Heather's rivalry until the Sierra and Neha situation
In fact, they're using the two as a proxy war
Think of them like Light and L where they go to more extremes as things progress and start no longer caring about who gets dragged into their little rivalry or where the line is drawn
It gets to the point where Sierra completely ends up pushing the Cody of it all to the side to focus on the rivalry
Also low key, imagine them singing any of the L/Light duets from Death Note the musical
Like stalemate, literally light's lyrics "his name is obviously fake, so he inoculates himself from me" and then the entirety of playing his game with Sierra taking Light's part and Neha L's
Essentially it's the most toxic borderline yuri to ever exist and they end up making it every ones problem
Also the idea of both Sierra and Alejandro as the two newbies having really complicated rivals is so fun, especially if Neha and Heather are supposed to kind of reflect the two
However, as it is with me, I do have a preferred alternative additional season
It'd have to be post all stars solely so they can mirror each other, one season on with the OG cast, one season off, and another season on with new competitors
Then on their original seasons both tricked the other contestants and ended up getting what they set out to do: Neha a job and Sierra getting closer to Cody
And this theoretical season would be the boiling point of this brewing rivalry, Sierra having interacted with both Neha and 'Noah' at numerous times by now
Sierra's obsession over the mystery getting worse since even though she was on the show she still found out nothing about her
Meanwhile Neha is getting more and more obsessed over the show, making sure it runs smoothly and how Chris designed it
Just to clarify, Neha is not a good person in this, she cares more about her job than the other contestants and is willing to do anything for it
And she's definitely just as obsessive, just in different areas and she may or may not also be keeping tabs on everyone through unconventional means
Idk, just having Sierra being treated as an actual villain would make for an interesting season, and then adding in Neha who is just as unhinged when it comes to something she wants? It's a recipe for a chaotic disaster
Two puppeteers specialising in intelligent warfare and getting people to do what they want while being a hell of a lot more subtle than certain people
Then add in the fact that the images they've catered in the prior seasons that don't completely match their abilities and actions making everyone severely underestimate the both of them? It'd be super interesting
