TOTAL DRAMA KIDS COMIC PART 1
Here it is, from 2013, with all the grammatical errors and the naivety of a girl who has just learned how to use photoshop and had no idea how a canadian elementary school is, the first part of TDK comic.
(In hindsight, Courtney should actually be pinching Duncan's nose to stop the bleeding, but when I was a kid they made me hold my head up so I didn't get my clothes dirty, so please forgive the mistake!)
I was just graduated from high school and I was triyng to find a place for me in the world, my parents were getting divorced and a lot of bad stuff was happening in my life at that time (I remember crying a lot, maybe too much, when The Thing happened in Total Drama World Tour, because Courtney life was too similar to what was happening in my life to me and to people I loved, so I guess Gwuncan fans can forgive me if that is a ship I don't like and in my AU didn't exists).
But I remember that drawing this fan comic gave me a purpose every week to keep drawing and not give up on my dream to be a comic artist!
Also, the day I made the second page I brought home my bunny Taylor, who stayed with me until last january, so this post is dedicated to her too, who nibbled some of the original pages ❤️
I do kind of wish we got to see Alejandro and Geoff actually interact or have a season together
Like I get Geoff had to be the one hosting the Aftermath show and his whole beef with Blainley, but I would’ve loved to see them interact during World Tour.
Adding to my Stoked au again
Alejandro’s first week is kinda brutal for him when he’s sent to work in the Dining Room, still hating the fact he got punished at all for what he did and figuring things will blow over and go back to normal.
I imagine him not immediately telling his friends, who I’d imagine are Heather and Justin for this au, who just think it’ll go like it usually does and get brushed aside. José definitely picks up on him not telling his friends and joking how he might invite them down for a nice dinner there, loving seeing how it makes Alejandro panic. Also José definitely inviting the parents to the DR to eat and makes sure Alejandro is serving them when he does, acting extra insufferable.
Alejandro just being absolutely miserable after his first week and Tyler is the one to pick up on it after a pretty brutal shift for him, inviting Alejandro to go with the gang to the pier to get his mind off it. It ends up actually working and starts to see that there might be a bright side to working at the resort (bonus if Tyler was pretty chill with Alejandro off the bat but he kind of brushed it off before the punishment, so he starts to appreciate his genuineness).
Bonus: I like this one hc of José not really having many, if any, genuine friends. He’d have colleagues of similar status and attitudes as him. Them being his yes men until his punishment, being pretty indifferent then dropping him. Outside of him making friends eventually, Duncan being the first person he starts to see as a genuine friend despite their head butting, eventually growing to more.

not to tell people what to do but as someone who’s been in fandom since i was like twelve, i promise that the only good fandom experience involves limiting your friend circle to, like, seven people. when you’re in a city, you don’t make friends with every douchebag on the street. stringently vet the people who are allowed to influence you. in an age of people and companies constantly demanding your attention and energy, your happiness will grow best like flowers in a greenhouse in a terrible city; a contained, curated space allows happiness to flourish. keep it small and don’t be sorry to tell people to stay the fuck out of your greenhouse.

Low-key need a fic/au where all of the TD cast are ferally codependent after trauma bonding from the show.
Mainly the OG ones cause they spent the most time together.
Like they some hate each other, and would probably accidentally (or not) kill each other, some are besties and can't live without each other, some are neutral and don't really care about each other, and others are romantically involved.
But if anyone outside of their group/the cast hurts one of them (mentally, physically or emotionally) then they're all going feral, even if they despise that person.
Kinda a 'only we can hurt them, not you' sort of situation
And of course, their time on the show kind of messes up their perception of normal responses/retaliation
Could be just a general au/fanfic or a crossover. I mainly thought about it because I was thinking what would happen if the ogs (mainly from the danganronpaxtd au) met the danganronpa students. And the different scenarios for that, like if they ended up going to hopes peak for a bit. And also meeting a certain ultimate despair...
At least a few of them just live together at this point, especially team E-scope, plus Sadie and Katie definitely would’ve lived with each other as soon as they could.
They all keep tabs on each other, even the ones that have tried to stay out of the spotlight.
Honestly I feel like all of their private lives kind of went to hell after being on the show, probably got worse for the ones that kept going back, so they only have each other to lean on in that case. Like even with how brief the time between island and action probably was, it was still probably a huge shift.
Also them defending each other despite any of their issues with one another is so perfect, especially later in life when people try criticizing them and bringing up how they were on the show? Like a random episode clip being posted around and everyone dogpiles the person in it for a while or a gossip site stirring up old drama about a contestant.

Fun Aletyler Au I’d been thinking about, maybe this could be during World Tour or All Stars
Alejandro deciding to take Tyler under his wing and pretending to be his friend, string him along before dumping him once he needs to. Tyler’s pretty stoked to just be friends with him, taking his mind off of Lindsay forgetting his name. As time goes on, Alejandro starts to see Tyler less as a tool for him and becomes something more genuine, his guilt over his initial plan starting to form, some of the others starting to take notice. Tyler eventually finds out Alejandro’s true intentions after overhearing a confrontation between him and either Heather or Noah, finally getting to hear what his plan was and how he ‘truly’ thinks of him.

Working on more stuff for the Stoked au and was thinking of what jobs each of them would have
Noah works at a help desk answering guests questions, though he’s pretty much McLeans assistant to do errands for him around the resort.
Eva works at the resort gift shop and lowkey hates it bc she finds the guests irritating most of the time but grins and bears it.
Tyler work as the bellhop and will be seen riding around the lobby with the luggage cart (usually crashes it trying to show off to guests).
Owen, Duncan, Izzy and Alejandro work in the dining room together, it still having the pirate ship theming. I do think Duncan would also have some sort of gig outside of the hotel, probably working at a club or bar.
When he’s eventually brought in for the second half of the summer, José ends up working in housekeeping.
