i’m actually so in love with the character building in this dlc it’s crazy. i find myself relating to randy a LOT more than i did previously (both positively and negatively) and it’s actually a bit of a wake up call. twiddles thumbs.

i find randy’s inability to take control of his own life VERY realistic and relatable due to both anxiety and self doubt and it’s a cycle i have fallen into myself before. it’s a very accurate portrayal of the sort of things that can happen to a person’s sense of self given his circumstances and i think the way he handles it is a perfect representation of that. VERY well written, i’m a huge fan

sure she lifts norm’s exile and realizes the flaws in her thinking but it’s not like she feels any better; she just has to change a few policies in order to preserve callum’s legacy. callum still doesn’t know her, dialtown still doesn’t look like the dialtown from 1966, and she’s running out of time, essentially. all of her efforts get ruined or disregarded entirely and she can hardly even bring herself to go visit callum because it crushes her every time.
