I mean it’s not always we are gonna talk about sadness …. Sometimes just try and put everything behind and tell your self today I need to be happy … don’t sit curled up in your room going through social media and sulking , get up ,go for a walk , call a friend , dance in your room, laugh at your daydreams, laugh about some embarrassing moment you had , overthinking and sulking won’t solve anything ….. enough already yeh✨ ….
