Seeing people promote eating disorders and post thinspo, crash diets, tips, ect. Is a really big punch in the face. Eating disorders are the reason my mom has been in the hospital so much, and is the reason my friend is DEAD. Yeah dead, she didn’t starve herself and end up with a perfect body that made all the guys want her, she didn’t love herself anymore, she ended up in a hospital and DIED from it. That’s what eating disorders are, they’re not abc diets, or black and white pictures of skinny girls, or how “Ana” is going to come and save you and make you skinny. Anorexia isn’t some diet you can just start and stop when you please. It’s a mental illness that has ruined mine, my moms, and three of my friends life’s. So if you are pro Ana or post tips on how to starve, crash diets or promote any unhealthy behavior. Fuck you. You’re not helping your “Ana buddies” by encouraging them to starve. You are helping to destroy them. You wouldn’t give a self harmer a blade and help them hurt them self. So why the fuck do you think it’s okay to glamorize and promote eating disorders?!?!?!? So again if you post pro Ana material or even call yourself pro Ana, I want you to sit back and actually fucking think about what you are doing.
