I saw someone say that you can’t have an eating disorder if you aren’t diagnosed or if you aren’t that bad. I’m sorry, but that is insane, like someone isn’t normal with food if they purge or restrict their eating, and we shouldn’t be acting like that is normal behaviour because I know first hand how bad that can go to belive that exercising too much because you think you’re disgusting is okay or anything.

My relationship with my father will forever be complicated because even though I’m so mad at all that he’s done, he’s still trying his best and he’s tired too

Sometimes I daydream an entire life for myself with friends, lovers and family that I love and an amazing self esteem and then I wake up and realise that will never be true
