Mark sighed as he shut the door to their home and proceeded to lock it, unable to help himself. As he stepped forwards, he pressed his lips together and his hand pushed over his head as he fought any exhaustion washing over his body right through to his bones, if he was honest. As he pulled his bag from his shoulder and proceeded to set it aside, he turned his head listening to see if he was alone or not, “Little Grey?” he called as he started forwards and he let out a breath, “You home, Lex?”

He was looking towards his watch as he was heading down the street before he slowed some and then proceeded to cock his head to the side. He was lifting his head and adjusting his strap again when he slowed down, “Emily?” at a glimpse he wondered if he was mistaken, but no – no he knew her. How could he not right? He produced a smile and then adjusted his stance ever so slightly, “You’re going to the University aren’t you, that’s what I heard from Babs anyway.” He added as he shifted some and grasped the strap across his chest if only to have something to hold onto.

dick was quiet for a minute as he looked towards garfield and then gave a small chuckle. as he sipped his coffee he didn't really break contact as his head tilted some, he was trying to decide if he should even ask as he looked upon the other man. his gaze narrowed slowly and he licked his lips while considering his words. "uh --- gar." he spoke as he blinked a bit and then started to chuckle, "what are you doing?"

It hadn’t been the best plan, but it had helped to be out of this place and get space. It was never her sister that caused her problems, but she had needed to figure herself out because that darkness twirling in her had …. Terrified her. But now she was missing her other half desperately and thus … she was on her way home. She just hoped not too much had changed and things hadn’t gone haywire without here. Although things seemed to go beyond that no matter what. She sighed softly as she spotted her sister and began to move forwards, “Miss me?” She asked producing a smile as she set her bag down.

She seemed a bit frustrated as she moved forwards to sink into an open chair her legs sprawling out some as her heels dug in ever so slightly into the floor. “I’m starting to think he doesn’t like me or think I can handle this.” She scoffed. Of course he was referring to Batman. She was one of the newest members, she’d been so many names and her current was Spoiler. Maybe it was her father that made him weary? She was not her father, nor would she ever be, she was better than that. Wasn’t she? She leaned her head back and looked towards Barbara. “Has he said anything to you?”

She did her best, didn’t she? She was hardly perfect and she knew it, hell the means with which she was gifted Robin was troubling and yes she knew that to. She let out a sigh as her gaze turned towards Robin and her head tilted ever so slowly. “Is there something you want me to say, because I really don’t read minds.” She confessed with a shake of her head while her gaze remained focused on Robin. She did wish they had something of a stronger relationship and perhaps sometimes she was jealous of Regina for that but she bit her tongue for now and focused on the present occurrence.

there was seriousness all over her features that she could not help as she looked upon han's features and then gave her head a shake looking ahead of herself. their life was about to change in ways perhaps they did not even begin to understand. she exhaled slowly as she leaned back slowly, "we need to talk." she finally spoke not sure what else to say, may as well rip like a band-aid, right?

as delilah stepped out his head lifted and he slowly tapped his phone against his knee, "did you have anything important happening tonight?" he hoped he hadn't forgotten anything but there was always the possibility he had, and well -- he'd just got a call for a client that was good people. he actually didn't mind her if he was honest, and they'd always agreed things were --- well work did not mean less devotion and all that. they had strict rules and guidelines that they followed in order to keep an honest and open situation that worked for the both of them. it was working for them, and so far everything had been more or less kosher.
