It’s been a busy few months, and I’m down over 20lbs from my summer peak. You can see it now, less hang, less stretch, less puff walking to work. But even with a hectic festive season coming up, I’ve got the focus and ambition again. I’m ready to grow, just need you to keep pushing me! This shake’s part of that push, needed a change from my last one. Just blend together and enjoy 🙂
