My redesign of Belphegor, as promised!
I wanted to make him a bit different but relatively similar to what I initially had him look like, so I kept the suit but gave him a bit of a bluish-gray color scheme. Also, now his fingers and toes are more like Azazel’s claws, but they’re a silvery-blue. I also changed up his horns to make it look like how Fallen!Gabriel did in the first Mirror AU pic (aka this).
Anyways, in my AU Belphegor is a fallen angel who is the son of Shima and Akemi, the cat gods, making him the older brother of Selaphiel and Raziel. He was pals with Balam, Asmodeus, Merihem, and Mammon before they were kicked out (although Balam has always been a demon); Asmodeus was chained to the bottom of the Red Sea after he and Rikbiel were discovered, Merihem was kicked out for being too violent and bloodthirsty, Mammon was kicked out for being greedy, and Belphegor wasn’t really on their side but he wasn’t on the gods’ side either. His parents wanted him to do whatever he wanted as long as it made him happy, but during Elohim’s reign and according to His rules, if you’re not on His side then you’re an enemy to Heaven forever.
And so, without his parents or siblings knowing, Belphegor was thrown out alongside Mammon, and eventually he became the Prince of Sloth. His Circle is littered with drug-making factories, specifically the kind that tone down the consumer’s stress. Anyways, more about him under the cut!——————————————–
