Sonic - his shoes were a gift from some old ladies from his hometown who practically raised him when he was a boy. They were too big for him at the time, but he’s grown into them.
Miles/Tails - he has an online tutoring class where he’s the teacher. He teaches math, science, history, all the works. For beginners and advanced learners.
Knuckles - as shown in the Sonic pict, he has his own grape farm and somehow learned to make wine despite living by himself with no teacher. When he’s invited to dinner at Miss Vanilla’s, he always brings a bottle for her.
Amy - she dreams of opening her own cafe one day. She has the money, plans, menu, everything is sorted out. Only problem is that a certain egghead always terrorizes everyone, so she can’t open one just yet.
Eggman - he has a secret dance room with a disco ball and a robot dj. No one is allowed to set foot in that room besides him.
Metal Sonic - has attempted to eat chili dogs before, but they gunk up his systems and Eggman has to repair him for the 5th time that month.
Shadow - likes to visit planetariums on weekends and look for the planets Maria would talk about. It’s like she’s there with him.
Rouge - canonically has her own casino, but I like to think while she’s off treasure hunting that she leaves it in charge of a trusted friend. Who is it? Idk.
Omega - has no real home, but will often crash at Rouge’s place to recharge and have conversation so he’s not lonely.
Cream - does go to school, and is a straight A student, but is often bored because she’d rather be adventuring with Mr. Sonic rather than listen to another lecture about metamorphosis.
Gemerl - when Cream is away, he doesn’t really know what to do with himself. So he kinda follows Vanilla everywhere like a dog. Helps her with shopping, chores, other things to keep himself occupied. She appreciates his help.
Vanilla - to put food on the table, she makes pastries and other goodies to sell at farmer’s markets on Saturday’s. She has to make extra because her food sells out very quickly.
Big - once managed to fish that one orca from SA1, but it got away before he could snap a picture. No one will believe him.
Vector - his chain is fake gold. But would rather die than admit it.
Espio - is trained in both ninjitsu AND samurai fighting styles. He even has a samurai sword from when he was a boy.
Charmy - Tails taught him how to count cards, and is surprisingly good at gambling. He’s gone to casino’s behind Vector’s back and has made so much money for his college fund. His poker face is unsettling.
Silver - his real timeline is supposed to be a cold climate, explaining his excess amount of fur. When he gets back from the iblis future, he found out about snow and was so happy he cried.
Blaze - since she’s Sonic’s sol dimension counterpart, shes playing a personal game of “who is the counterpart of Sonic’s friends in my world?”. So far she’s only tracked Marine as Tails’ counterpart.
Marine - her favorite food is Vegemite and sardine sandwiches.
Jet - is closer with his dad rather than his mom. He keeps trying to impress his dad and honestly who knows if his efforts are noticed or not.
Wave - has tried on multiple occasions to steal scrapped robots from Eggman’s scrap yard but is always caught before she gets the chance to get the stuff she needs.
Storm - likes to cook and is surprisingly good at it. He likes curry and rice the most.
Infinite - has nightmares about the jackal squad.
Sage - likes marine biology and her favorites are orcas. Just to piss off Sonic.
Orbot and Cubot - they’ve made their own unaired tv show similar to national geographic where they stalk the sonic cast and talk about animal habits and behaviors referring to their animal counterparts. Orbot is the host, and Cubot is the cameraman who makes unnecessary commentary.
Tangle - she sometimes pronounces sentences in an odd way because English isn’t her first language, it’s Spanish. She only learned English after befriending Jewel.
Whisper - she babysits Cream on occasion if Amy, Blaze, Sonic, or the chaotix are unavailable. Vanilla trusts her, but Whisper has to make sure not to shoot anyone while Cream’s with her.
Jewel - has heard legend of the master emerald and would love to see it in person one day but has never gotten the opportunity to go to angel island yet.
Lanolin - stress bakes when she’s at home. Specifically pies.
Belle - loves going to festivals, and loves the food. She can’t eat it, but she likes to look at it and imagine what it tastes like.
Starline - his real name is Vincent. He was called “Vincy” a lot as a kid and hated it so he strictly goes by a last-name basis.
Mimic - always carries water with him. He needs to constantly stay hydrated because he’s an aquatic animal.
Rough - major daddy issues. Wants to prove he’s better than him, but is also stuck repeating the same cycles he did.
Tumble - adores chao and would love a pet chao, but Rough always says no. But he’s studied about chao care and looked up videos and is prepared for when he finally convinces Rough to say yes.
Clutch - loves jazz and can dance and sing just like Cab Calloway. It’s fucking jaw-dropping.
Surge - loves the riot grrl genre of music. But one time she was singing so loud and aggressively that her voice went out and it hurt like hell. It healed eventually, but she continues to screech music anyway.
Kit - discovered bread bowls and now refuses to eat soup without it. Surge can take anything she wants away from him, but bread bowls? That’s his. He won’t share.
Nite - probably stoned like 80% of the time. He’s a hippie, and I mean just look at him-
Don - has a flower garden that he’s very proud of, and will fight anyone that tries to mess with it.
Lunar/Soliel - the sugar glider family plays instruments in occasion for performances, but Soliel is learning electric guitar but honestly sucks at it. But is currently practicing and getting better! Lunar prefers playing the lute.
Enigma - has a sort of catwoman-style living situation where she stores all her stolen goods in the city. She has 3 lazy chao that hang out in the apartment, and are always happy when she comes home.
Sticks - has a collection of genuine gold that she’s found around various woods. She doesn’t care about it as much but if she cashed it in she’d be the richest person in the world.
Tikal - used to weave outfits and hats for the chao and dress them up for playtime.
Barry - has broken several hearts in the past unintentionally. They pull unintentionally and can’t tell when they’re being flirted with.
