Hi anon!  This is a verysleepy!Yuu responding to your confession (no seriously, I should probably go to bed instead of doing this but I let this sit in my inbox waaaay too long).

I'm really glad you made friends in the artist alley!  For me (who has the artist talent of a particularly inept lemming), being able to talk and interact with artists I admire tends to be another reason why I love cons. It's one of my favorite parts!

This was a hard confession to find an image for *3* Pixiv's "アート" tag can be scary hahaha, so instead I used an image from Taniguchi Jiro's "A Walking Man". There are several reasons for this but essentially it boils down to "Pixiv can be scary if you forget to put the R-18 blocker back on", "I had the manga open for class already so might as well" and "Well, he's a pretty awesome artist...".
