I did a full rewatch of the entire show to find these, so I believe this is all of them! :)

Billy can be an asshole. This has been said before by multiple kids, including Freddy and Mary. Billy thinks it’s genetic though. He thinks this because he remembers Ebenezer talking about how rowdy and rude “Clarence and his stupid wife” were when they were younger. (Ref to this Puppet post) Billy hid his cane because of that comment. After all, you don’t just call his mom stupid and think there won’t be any consequences. Best part is that Ebenezer just thought he misplaced it. Anyways, so yeah. Billy can be an asshole. He just chooses not to be. Most of the time.

Billy: *watching a kid swing* “Can I have a turn?”

Kid: “No!”

Billy: *sighs and walks away to play on the merry go round*

After a bit of letting himself spun dangerously fast and thrown off the merry go round a couple times. He went back to the kid to see if he could have a turn.

Kid: *still swinging*

Billy: “Can I have a turn now?”

Kid: “No! It’s not your turn yet!”

Billy: “At least have a turn.” *walks off to the monkey bars*

After hanging upside down on the monkey bars and letting the blood rush to his head causing him to nearly fall and snap his neck, he went back to the kid.

Billy: *annoyed that he’s not on the swings yet and nearly dying at the monkey bars* “Is it my turn now?”

Kid: “No! I already said it’s not your turn! Wait.”

Billy: *stares for a solid few moments just watching the kid swing back and forth before timing himself and pushing the kid on the swing*

Now, this didn’t achieve what Billy had hoped, which was simply pushing the kid off the swing. No, rather, it instead caused the kid to be pushed to the side mid swing causing him to swing weirdly and make the swing turn all around and jerk causing the kid to be thrown off. Billy, not expecting the swing to react that dramatically. That didn’t stop him from hopping on the swing though. It also didn’t stop the kid from whining about a couple scrapes they got.

Billy: *now swinging happily with barely any remorse*

Parent: *stomps over* “Little boy! Little boy!”

Billy: *slows his swinging* “Yes?”

Parent: “Did you push my son off the swing?”

Billy: *shameless* “Yeah.”

Parent: *sees the shamelessness* “Where are your parents?”

Billy: “They’re dead.”

*silence*

Billy: *goes back to his whimsical, happy swinging*

Now, that’s just as Billy. He “bullies”, as the media nowadays calls it, his villains as well. He doesn’t consider it bullying though.

5 Minutes and 39 seconds of Captain Marvel bullying his villains:

Marvel: *using magic to take individual salt grains and sprinkle them on Mr. Mind*

Mr. Mind: *being restrained by magic and the little grains feel like little pricks and itchiness* “ACK- STOP THAT!”

Marvel: *stole Sivana’s glasses* “How many fingers am I holding up?”

Sivana: “I DON’T CARE YOU DOLT!” *shooting at him with a laser gun and missing every shot*

or

Marvel: *has Captain Nazi in a headlock and is giving him a noogie*

Captain Nazi: *literally doing everything in his power to try and get out, including catching and biting*

or

Marvel: *keeps trying to scare the shit out of Adam by almost saying Shazam whenever he’s up close and personal* “Sha-”

Black Adam: *jerks away and flies like ten feet away*

Billy is the whizz kid right. So he gives insight on superheroes, previous missions, things that the JL have stepped in to help. And he gives tiny guessed on to what happened.

In the Watchtower

JL: Holy shit guys this smart random kid is airing out confidential information

Batman: He’s obviously a master spy, covering his tracks at every turn. Finding information in this supposedly public figure is a challenge in itself

Any of the Batkids: So you’re telling me this blue eyed, black haired kid is accurately stalking us

Batman: hn

Batkids: What’s his name?

JL, understanding where they are going with this: …

Batman: Billy

Batkids: …

Batman: Batson (Already planning on adoption)

Alternatively, I give you this,

Lex Luthor: He’s a GENIUS, to accurately KNOW the actions of CLASSIFIED events (Lex knows cause he was there in said events)

Lex: I must employ him immediately!

Black Manta: Absolutely, he would be a great asset to our great cause (of villainy but it’s still A cause)

Cheetah, who just wanted a gossip session: ok but he’s a kid, since when did we recruit those

Klarion: AHEM!

Cheetah: You don’t count, your immortal

Klarion: Well I for one would be DELIGHTED to have someone MY age, imagine all the chaos

MEANWHILE, somewhere in Fawcette

Batman: I need you pick up the cocaine samples for analysis.

What Tim heard: I need you to beat up David Cain till paralysis

Tim: not sure why you’re asking me but okay

Tim, sleep deprived logic: Makes sense

Later, in the middle of a warehouse on a table filled with tea and snacks

Riddler: I don’t know what this is, but this is quite a nice change of pace

Red Robin: *shrugs*

What Tim heard: Arm a goose

Tim: do we have any? Never mind I got this

One week later a goose in a RR uniform with a knife in its beak proceeds to chase around villains. There has never been a more effective way to fight crime.

Bruce: …

Tim: 😏

Damian: teach me how to do that?

It makes me wonder, honestly, how they'll explain things to her if they ever manage to unpetrify her. Because apparently her daughter is a witch now? But she thought you had to be born with the ability to do magic? So they're going to have to tell her magic's secret (illegal), or make up some kind of story (unlikely, i have no doubt Coco will want to tell her the whole story to her when they see eachother again. Or she'll be suspiciously silent)

So upon visiting another Atelier for one reason or another the Watchful Eye comes in and is SUPER strict.

When they first arrived the Watchful Eye insisted on inspecting everything on them from their wands to their palm quire and ink. They even get into an argument with Qifrey about unregistered pets after spotting a brushbuddy in his cloak.

Later during their lessons the Watchful Eye is watching them like a hawk, jotting down and writing every movement and spell practiced to deliver a detailed report to the Knights Moralis over everything happening in the Atelier.

Coco attempts to ask a question of them while Qifrey is busy and they just make a face and shoo her away because why would they teach them anything? They are not her professor and do not have have the qualifications to teach. The only time it is appropriate for her to approach them is if she news to report her professor for any inappropriate or illegal activities.

After the brief lessons the Watchful Eye just stands up and leaves without bothering to help pick up all the supplies and books, simply rolling up their report an leaving without so much as a goodbye.

At night time Coco asks the other students why their Watchful Eye hasn't come down for dinner and they all look to each other confused because well the Watchful Eye lives in a separate, unconnected, tower with its own kitchen an dining area. Why would they join them for dinner?

One of the children trips and scrapes their knee the next day during some outside practicing and the Watchful Eye just continues to write their report without so much a look of concern.
