I saw this when running newpipe. But wait, it gets deeper. I clicked on the details buttons and it said as of today, we have 83 days left until Google rolls out this new requirement for apps inside and outside of the google play store. If any developer disagrees with their new terms and fees, they will be blocked!

I'll share some of the info below:

Looks like they're trying to nuke the remaining privacy and freedoms we have left on the internet.

What to do?

-Get your developer friends to not comply to their new guides

- Sign the open letter on the site and take action by checking out the full resources list on their website as well!

To summarize, this is all daunting especially when you feel all alone with unfair and inhumane regulations comming out faster than improvements but we got this working together!

I am not from the United States. But I find it funny that a television network has used characters who aren't from the country to celebrate a national holiday.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? If their creators are American, it makes sense (if we follow logic).

But what about the others? Mainly the Japanese characters; we all know what the United States did and dropped two nice bombs on a certain island.

I think their weapons are made out of jelly, cause they're bouncy and able to fling goo off of them.

I'm not mad about the show itself, I'm glad TMNT is staying alive for all generations, it's more of a "the people who do watch tmnt are mainly teens and adults these days, and we love the franchise, but our media (Rise, tales, the last Ronin, etc) keeps getting cancelled usually without much warning which is horrible for the crew who adore their jobs work on them"

Do the older fans have lots of content? Absolutely! We've got idw, 1987, 2003, 2007, 2012, Rise, 2019, 2024 and many more!

But personally I am finding media these days (especially animation) to be either extremely for adults with the amount of sex scenes, drugs, gross humor (Think hazbin, haunted hotel, final space, big mouth, Disenchantment, Rick and Morty, etc...) or extremely for younger kids with high pitched loud voices, made to be lessons and low effort production (Spongebob, httyd rescue riders, Boss baby, Spidey and his amazing friends, etc...)

Not to say all media is like that, we have gotten a few great things over the years (Rise, Lego monkie kid, Kpop demon Hunters, nimona, into the spider verse, etc...) but it feels like they're phasing out the middle ground for shows and movies, I'm finding it rare to be able to watch a plot driven, or no plot but each episode's plot is great, no sex show these days.

I'm also noticing a lot of franchises that were made for teens are being rebooted into these extremely for young kids versions.

And I get it cause while we have old content to enjoy but yeah it would be nice to see more content for adults only since TMNT was originally just that for adults which is why part of me mad that they cancelled Ronin movie

And we all know how Nickelodeon treats its series.

He won't let go until he's squeezed every last drop of milk out of that golden cow.

SpongeBob, The Loud House, The Fairly OddParents.

We watched what happened in those series.

I'm going to throw premeditation. This serie is going to be cancelled after only the second season

Why did they cancel Rise and the previous Turtles series? Because the stupid executives, when they don't see the numbers that indicate "success," cancel it, but they don't let go of the franchise.

Because they know they have a gold mine, but that mine is ceasing to produce gold.

I love the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but it bothers me how Nickelodeon keeps canceling generation after generation of the turtles.
