Synergy AU masterpost

Summary: Mikey fails to fully open a portal that would allow Leo to escape the Prison Dimension. However, he's not alone in there; when Donnie's body was pulled from the Technodrome, something went wrong, and his mind was left behind, and remained stuck in the half of the ship that ended up in the Prison Dimension. What follows is Leo and Donnie's struggle to survive the Prison Dimension, escape, and deal with the aftermath.

Feel like this movie is a good comparative highlight of when CG is actually useful. Practical effects fit his character and movements. Barnacle Bill was correct to do in makeup. However, I think this guy

Works best as his writhing mass. Not sure robotics/puppetry would've been able to get the effect the same.

Prayer Request

I don’t usually ask but I need prayers right now. The man I thought God had chosen for me to be my husband just broke up with me. I’ve never been in a position where I felt God speak to my soul like He did when I met this man. I was so happy and so thankful, but now I don’t know what to do. I know God doesn’t make mistakes so I’m wondering if I misinterpreted God, and that’s a hard thing to consider.

I also told my family about him, and I know they are going to mock and ridicule me because of this when I tell them it’s over. I haven’t been sleeping or eating for days because he’s changed and brought up breaking up. I just don’t know what to do, I’m so fearful I’m going to be alone forever and I just lost the love of my life.

Prayer request for a 3-year-old with cancer. He's going thru his 2nd round of chemo , the first round was terrifying and caused his body to crash down to being sedated and intubated for a few days to keep him alive. He fully recovered after a couple weeks, but now they have to start the 2nd round to keep fighting his cancer. Pray his body stays strong this time, and that he and his family have mighty courage and peace
