Most of you know I go by Noah now, but my family doesn’t know yet. I do share this with them so birth name goes on.
This is a tough thing to write since I don’t normally post this kind of stuff, because it’s very personal and I’m not the kind of person who talks about personal things with everyone. I’ve mentioned a very small amount on here, but nothing substantial such as this. But I’m tired of pretending everything is fine when it’s not. So here we go.
I’m genderfluid. I suppose technically transmasculine genderfluid, but I personally don’t consider myself trans (even if genderfluid is in that category). I use whatever pronoun you feel like throwing my way except for they/them. I suffer from intense top dysphoria and have finally made the decision to try and get the money for top surgery. I have a very large chest, so binders really haven’t worked very well for me which means I deal with the dysphoria constantly. My mental health has been suffering greatly over the past few years because of the dysphoria, but it seems to be getting much worse.
I don’t know how much success I will have with crowdfunding, but this is the only way I could think of to be able to afford this considering most months I’m barely scraping by. I will also be putting whatever commission money I can toward it. I came out to my parents about all of this recently and that didn’t go as well as I’d hoped. As of right now I’m pretty sure I go into this without their support so I definitely need all the help I can get. I have already chosen a surgeon, but I have not had a consultation yet. I hope to relatively soon, that way I will know more as far as exactly how much I need.
