A tribute to the misunderstood, under-appreciated, beautiful, edible, tough, wonderful dandelion!

(while I feel they're very faerie in tone, they're for everyone!! And honestly I think certain Angel and Nymph kin will like the cloud one!!)

The Valais Blacknose (German: Walliser Schwarznasenschaf) is a breed of domestic sheep originating in the Valais region of Switzerland. The breed originates in the mountains of the canton of Valais – from which their name derives – and of the Bernese Oberland. The Schwarznasenschaf is a mountain breed, well adapted to grazing on the stony pastures of their area of origin. Both rams and ewes are horned,  with helical or spiral-shaped horns. Ewes may have black spots on the tail, but rams may not.

Amongst Faerie Oaks

Sunlight dapples bracken and nodding bluebell caps while ancient oaks cling to shreds of pale mist.

Pale mist parts as the wood awakens with a sigh, rousing sprites hidden within deep shadows.

Shadows dart bole-to-bole as fallen leaves rustle, stirred by swift footsteps or merely soft winds

Soft winds whisper through trees, spreading sylvan secrets yet revealing woodland truths to no one.

No one of mortal kind dances beneath grey boughs, only murky forms dissolved by Sunlight.

"Wood does not customarily glitter. Few things do, unless they are attempting to lure something closer to themselves. Sparkle and shine are pleasures reserved for predators, who can afford the risk of courting attention. The exceptions - which exist, for all things must have exceptions - are almost entirely poisonous, and will sicken whatever they lure. So even the exception feeds into the rule, which states that a bright, shimmering thing is almost certainly looking to be seen, and that which hopes to be seen is pursuing its own agenda

Step One: First, you need Pinterest (or a similar app, even Google can work). You type in anything you generally like or feel comforted by. This can be a color, an animal, the sky, a character, literally anything.

Step Two: You're gonna scroll around until you find something that hits you in the heart, even just a little bit. A really beautiful sky picture or maybe a drawing you cannot scroll away from for seemingly no reason. You put that picture into a new folder (mine is just titled "me").

Step Three: Look through the similar pictures below the one you saved. If you can't find smth that hits, either pick the next best one and continue from there, or search for something else. Repeat Steps One and Two until you have a nicely filled folder.

Step Four: Go through your new folder. Look at every picture and feel it out. What about it feels like you? Does the whole picture hit? Or maybe just a singular claw on a random animal? Is the time of day just perfect? Maybe a color scheme you resonate with?

Step Five: Do whatever you want with the results. Make a collage of the itty bitties of pictures you liked. Write down how you felt about each one in a short sentence. Try and draw them out (if you can) and see how it feels. Just whatever works for you.
