Some information and links I compiled because there's no point to me clogging the dash if no one is reading.
Former police officer Derek Chauvin was found guilty on all charges of 2nd-degree unintentional murder, 3rd-degree murder, and 2nd charge manslaughter. A reminder that this is not justice, but accountability. It should always be like this, but there are millions of other cases in which the perpetrator of a black person's death has gone scot-free.
To the nonblack people anywhere on any site, here is a reminder. Please tag your posts with antiblackness or police brutality. Please do not go and aggravate your black friends over cases like this, or 'congratulate' them. This is also not the time for a trivializing trending twitter tag, and the fight is still not over - Breanna Taylor, Daunte Wright, Emerald Black and others still need support. Keep Darnella Frazier in your thoughts (the black woman who recorded the video of Derek Chauvin and George Floyd) as she's likely in high danger.
Posts like this and this need to stop. I'm not gonna try and explain how rude it is and how ignorant it is to be doing that especially right now, all of you need to check yourself. Below are some links.
